Annual Impact Fee Report
Development Impact Fees (DIF) are imposed on new construction to help offset impacts created by new development on City facilities and infrastructure. Annually, the City reports on the following:
Brief description of the type of fee in the account or fund;
Amount of the fee;
Beginning and ending balance of the account or fund;
Amount of fees collected and interest earned;
For each public improvement on which fees were expended, the amount of expenditures, and the total percentage of the project completed and costs funded with the fee;
Description of each inter-fund transfer, loan, and public improvement funded.
