The Work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and contract documents. The street improvements at various locations 2nd Street from the intersection of K Street to the intersection of Malan Street, H Street from the intersection of South Las Flores Drive to the intersection of South Rio Vista Avenue, and 3rd Street from the intersection of River Drive to the intersection of A Street. The improvements consist of asphalt concrete header cut 1 inch and 5 feet wide. After header cut activities have been completed the contractor shall install a 0.75-inch (0.063 feet) conventional ½ inch hot mix asphalt leveling course. After the contractor installs the leveling course, they will install a 1-inch (0.083 feet) of 1/2 -inch asphalt rubber hot mix. The improvements also consist of a single adjustment of water valves and sewer manholes with a new concrete collar.
Improvement on C Street from the intersection of North 1st Street to the intersection of North Imperial Avenue consists of micro milling ½-inch (0.004 feet) for the thru lanes of the street and 1-inch within shoulder areas for an approximate width of 47 feet. After micro milling activities have been completed the contractor shall install a 0.5-inch (0.04 feet) conventional 3/8-inch hot mix asphalt leveling course on the thru lanes only. The contractor shall install a 1-inch (0.0833 feet) ½-inch asphalt rubber hot mix. The improvements also consist of the installation of P.C.C. Handicap ramps and double adjustment of water valves and sewer manholes with new concrete collars.
Wildcat Drive from the intersection of Highway 86 to the intersection of Western Avenue consists of applying type 2 slurry seal, striping paving markings, and markers.
E Street at the intersection of 5th Street consists of installing a raised median island as illustrated in the details.
Jennifer Street and Mesquite Avenue consist of the removal and replacement of the existing P.C.C. curb and gutter.

The contractor shall install a 0.75-inch (0.06-foot) conventional ½-inch hot mix asphalt leveling course. The Contractor shall then install an approved paving mat. After the installation of the approved paving mat, the contractor shall install a 1-inch (0.08 feet) ½-inch asphalt rubber hot mix. The improvements also consist of the installation of a handicap ramp.
The improvements on Steven Street from the intersection of Richard Avenue to the intersection of Evelyn Avenue and Ronald Street from the intersection of Richard Avenue to the intersection of Evelyn Avenue consist of micro-milling ½-inch (0.04 feet) for the thru lanes of the street and 1-inch within shoulder areas for an approximate width of 37 feet. After micro milling activities have been completed the contractor shall install a 0.75-inch (0.06 feet) conventional ½ inch hot mix asphalt leveling course. The contractor shall then install an approved paving mat. After the installation of the approved paving mat, the contractor shall then install a 1-inch (0.08 feet) of ½ inch asphalt rubber hot mix. The improvements also consist of the installation P.C.C. handicap ramp and sidewalk.

The project is an improvement to an existing senior center. The current senior center is to remain fully operational during construction. The work includes the following:
Demolition, removal, and disposal of the existing accessible ramp.
Remove and dispose of existing planters.
Install a new concrete sidewalk ramp according to ADA.
